Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and Exchange Details
If you are unhappy with your order, please let me know ASAP and within 3 days of receiving your order. Refunds/exchanges (includes bracelets to be resized or restrung) will be given when the order has been received.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns and exchanges must be mailed back in a padded envelope within 7 days of return approval. A tracking number is also suggested so you can track your return. If the return is not in the mail within 7 days, this may null your refund or exchange.
For size exchanges:
If you ordered the size incorrectly (it does happen and it's okay that you did), you will not be charged for return shipping for the first size adjustment. After the first adjustment, return shipping will need to be paid for before it can be resized again.
If you receive the wrong item from me, please contact me ASAP (within 3 days of receipt). You will need to mail the wrong item back to me via First Class and you will be reimbursed for the return shipping to me (via a refund to your order). The correct item will be mailed out to you upon my receipt of the incorrect item.
Unfortunately, I can no longer send out a prepaid shipping label and send out the correct item in good faith before the return of the incorrect item. Thank you for your understanding and please message me if you have any questions.
*Please, please, please, double check your mailing address and let us know ASAP if it needs to be changed, especially during the holidays. Incorrect addresses can result in lost or delayed orders. We cannot be held responsible if you provided an incorrect address and your order was delivered to that address.
*Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday with the exclusions of holidays and unless otherwise noted. Most orders are shipping out same day if placed before 11am EST during the week.
*Postage fees totaling at least $7.00 or more will be shipped via Priority Mail within the U.S. Shipping upgrades are available upon request and will require additional postage to be paid.
*International shipping is via First Class Mail as it is the most economical and may take at LEAST 2-3 weeks or more to arrive and does not include tracking info once the order leaves the U.S. Priority Mail International shipping is available and delivers between 6-14 business days and includes up to $200 of insurance and tracking info.

Customs declarations will be for the purchase amount. Import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
UK Customers: You will be responsible for any VAT charges incurred. If the additional charges will be a problem, please contact me BEFORE your order is shipped to request a cancellation and refund on your order. Once the order has been shipped, a cancellation cannot be requested. VAT fees are charged by the UK government and is NOT a fee charged by Healing Garden Shop or Rock My Zen.
