About the Series
Join Karen from E3 and Debbee from CreatIgo for a 12-part series that will bring us to a higher level of potential. We will balance and harmonize aspects of our authentic selves, fostering personal growth and building a deeper connection with Mother Earth and our Creator.

We will connect with the quantum field in each monthly playgroup and draw intuitively from various therapeutic and energetic modalities. This connection will guide instruction and exercises to help us identify and understand the parts of ourselves that need our attention so that we can process, heal, and release limitations to shift and bring more balance and harmony into our lives and relationships. ​​

Balance and Harmonize
January - March
January - Connecting and Working with animal medicine and understanding guides, teachers, and helping spirits.

February - New Year, New You! Year of the Earth Snake. What is conditioning? Looking at family patterns. What stories do we tell about ourselves? A look at our Inner Family Systems.

March - How does the relationship we have with ourselves interact with our ability to manifest and create our authentic lives? Quan Yin and the Lavender Flame assist us during this playgroup.
April - June
April - We connect with Mother Earth. We are spiritual beings having a physical experience on Earth, how do we connect to Pachamama. ​
​
May - We will connect with our Higher Selves to figure out our next steps to be present in the flow of life.
​
June - We will look at how to ride the waves of change. When we face transitions in our lives, good or otherwise, it can turn us upside-down. We will access our tools and acquire new ones with support from our guides and our community within the Quantum Field.
July - September
July - Using the light of the Summer to bring light to our Shadow selves and reclaim our strengths.

​August - Deeper dive into patterns we want to change. Who are the angels? How can they help us?

September - We will look at our Core Values.

October - December
October - AntojaiⓇ Quantum Reiki Inner Child meditation and Touch DrawingⓇ experience.

November - We will explore the role story telling has in our lives.

From the traditional sphere, Deborah has a Master’s in Education, B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies, and is a certified Special Educator for K-12.
Holistically, Deborah is a Shaman Practitioner, Holy Fire® III Karuna® Reiki Master Teacher, Integrated Energy Therapy® Master-Level Instructor, Theta Healer, Aromatherapist, and Quantum Human Design Practitioner.

The E3 Counseling & Wellness Collective
Karen has been a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker since 2006 and is the owner/founder of The E3 Counseling & Wellness Collective, a group of professionals offering alternative treatment services for individuals.
Karen is a certified Antojai Quantum Reiki Practitioner having been personally trained by Ascended Master Axel Carrasquillo, founder of the Antojai Shamanic Wellness Center. She is also a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Quan Yin Lavender Flame initiate, and is Trauma Yoga & Sound certified.

Karen specializes in working with individuals who struggle with trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring mental health issues and addictions. She brings a unique combination of professional expertise and personal experience to assist individuals in transforming their realities.
